COURSE LESSON OUTLINE
LESSON ONE: Roots of the Old Religion. This lesson presents the history of Italian Witchcraft from the pre-Roman period to modern tines. It is the story of the origins and evolution of Italian Witchcraft.
LESSON TWO: The Deities. This lesson presents the god and goddess forms of Italian Witchcraft as they evolved from Old Europe into the Etruscan period and then through ancient Roman times. The lesson focuses on the aspects and natures of the Horned God and the Crescent Crowned Goddess. Supplement lesson includes illustrations and names of various Italian deities.
LESSON THREE: Between the Worlds. This lesson focuses on the cosmology of Italian Witchcraft, which includes spirits, elementals, and otherworld realms. The role of ancestral spirits sis also discussed. Supplement lesson includes images and descriptions of plants used in Italian Witchcraft.
LESSON FOUR: Making Contact. This lesson presents methods of working with spirits, and contains alignment exercises. Included are the Grigori beings, Lare, and a hosts of Italian fairy beings. Supplement lesson includes old Italian fairy tales related to occult themes in Italian Witchcraft
LESSON FIVE: Signs & Symbols. This lesson contains illustrations of symbols and charms used in Italian Witchcraft. It also describes their meaning and use. Supplement lesson includes illustrations and photos of hand gestures along with information on palmistry.
LESSON SIX: Raising & Drawing Power. This lesson discusses the ritual and magic circle used in Italian Witchcraft. It also presents information on personal zones of power in the human body. Included also is an exercise for Drawing Down the Moon.
LESSON SEVEN: The Art of Magic. This lesson presents various types of magic used in Italian Witchcraft. It also discusses occult forces and other types of magical energy. Included in the lesson are sections on magnetism, the components of ritual magic, and the power of the mind. Supplement lesson draws on ancient literary themes related to Italian Witchcraft, along with an examination of Witchcraft at the crossroads in ancient times.
LESSON EIGHT: Aradia; Woman of Power. This lesson explores the legend of the Holy Strega. Also include is an examination of the powers of a witch (known as the Gifts of Aradia.).
LESSON NINE: The MoonTree. This lesson focuses on old lore related to the Moon Tree, which is a mystical and legendary Otherworld tree. The lesson explores its symbolism and use in Italian Witchcraft. Also included in this lesson is the Moon Serpent and the Fruit of Enlightenment.
LESSON TEN: Ritual & Magical Gestures. This lesson presents a variety of hand gestures and body postures used in the ritual and magical rites of Italian Witchcraft. The lesson also explores the symbolism of the Magican card of the Tarot. Supplement lesson introduces the figure of the cobbler as a magician in Italian lore.
LESSON ELEVEN: Folk Ways. This lesson presents various spells, charms, and incantations used in Italian Folk Magic.
LESSON TWELVE: The Tools. This lesson presents the classic tools of Italian Witchcraft. It provides methods of preparation, and various uses for the tools in ritual and magic.
LESSON THIRTEEN: The Rituals. This lesson contains the eight seasonal festivals of the year. It also contains the classic Full Moon ritual in Italian Witchcraft.

Course Plan One: 13 monthly lessons. This option requires monthly payment of $20 through debit/credit card account. The basic Course includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Course Plan Two: 13 monthly lessons plus 4 beautiful prints on parchment tone paper related to Italian Witchcraft/Paganism, which are suitable for framing. This option requires an automatic quarterly charge of $65 to your credit card/debit card account.
Course Plan Three: 13 monthly lessons plus the 4 beautiful prints of option two. Option three adds a traditional “nanta bag” with items personally assembled and prepared by Raven Grimassi and Stephanie Taylor. This option requires a pre-payment of $260 for the Course of Study.
PLEASE NOTE: The Italian prints are designed to follow lessons 3, 6, 9, and 12. If a student withdraws from the Course of Study prior to any lesson after which a print is due, the student is not entitled to the prints not received per option two. For prepaid students this would apply to the supplemental lesson following lessons 9 and 12, since prepaid students may not withdraw until after their 6th lesson.
